This Data Protection Policy clarifies the nature, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Data") within the scope of our online offer and related services.

2. Legal Basis and Retention Period
The processing of your data is primarily based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Purpose: Data processing is carried out for the provision of our contractual services, for responding to inquiries, and for compliance with legal obligations.
- Retention Period: We store data from loan applications (even without contract conclusion) and business documents for up to 10 years. This is necessary to comply with legal documentation requirements and civil law limitation periods.
3. Collection and Processing of Data from Loan Applications
When you submit a loan application via our forms, we process the following types of data:
- Identity and Contact Data: Name, address, date of birth, marital status, phone number, email.
- Financial Data: Information on income, expenses (minimum subsistence), existing debts (loans, leasing, debt collection).
- Proof Documents: Uploaded payslips, identity cards, etc.
Special Notes: By submitting the loan application, you authorize us to perform the creditworthiness check with the ZEK (Central Office for Credit Information) or other commercial credit bureaus. The transfer of your data to our partner banks and lenders is exclusively for the purpose of brokering an offer.
4. Cookies and Web Analytics
4.1. Cookies
We use cookies, small text files stored on your device. They serve to make the website more user-friendly and to statistically record usage behaviour.
- Necessary Cookies: These are strictly required for the basic functionality of the website (e.g., session cookies for storing calculator inputs).
- Analytical Cookies: These help us measure the performance of the website. (See Google Analytics).
You can disable the storage of cookies in your browser settings at any time.
4.2. Google Analytics (Optional)
If we use Google Analytics (or similar tools like Matomo, Piwik, etc.), this is for the statistical evaluation of visitor flows. Your IP address is usually anonymized by Google (IP anonymization) and transferred to servers in the USA.
The information generated by Google is used to evaluate the use of the website for us.
Attention: If you use Google Analytics, you must ensure that you have implemented IP anonymization and indicate the possibility of an opt-out.
5. Your Rights as a Data Subject (Right of Access)
In accordance with the Swiss FADP and the GDPR, you have the right at any time to:
- Request information about the data processed by us.
- Request the correction of incorrect data.
- Request the deletion of your data (provided there is no legal retention obligation).
- Object to the processing of your data.

6. Use of Google reCAPTCHA
We use the Google reCAPTCHA service (hereinafter reCAPTCHA) from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to ensure data security when submitting forms and to determine whether the input is made by a natural person or maliciously by automated, machine processing.
Purpose of Processing: reCAPTCHA analyzes the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics (e.g., IP address, duration of the visitor's stay on the website, user's mouse movements). This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. The data collected in this process is forwarded to Google.
Legal Basis: Our legitimate interest in this processing is to protect our website from malicious automated spying and SPAM (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR / analogously Art. 31 para. 1 FADP).
